Information About Products, Shipping and Returns


Snoring Dog Studio wants you to be thrilled with your purchase and will do what we can to make sure your buying experience is a good one. Please read the following policies carefully.

All sales are FINAL (no refunds or exchanges accepted due to the made-to-order nature of the items).

All of these items are MADE TO ORDER, which means that it takes 4-10 business days to make them, plus shipping times.

Once your order is placed and payment cleared you have 24 HOURS to CANCEL your order, after that NO CANCELLATIONS will be accepted as your item is already in the process of being made.

But if something is really, really wrong…

If you do find something is really wrong with your item once you receive it, please contact me and I will do what I can to fix it. In order to resolve cases, I must be contacted within 10 days of the ship date for Canadian and US orders or within 15 days for international orders.

When contacting with an issue, photos for reference MUST be included as I work with a manufacturing company and they will not consider refunds without photographs.

AND, they will not refund due to sizing issues, one of which is that clothing can become see through if stretched too thin if ordered a size too small.

Shipping Information

Vendors can take up to 4 to 5 business days to produce the order before it’s shipped. (Weekends don’t count as business days.)

Depending on the shipping method you chose at the time of placing the order and your location, the delivery itself can take up to 12 business days in the US, or up to 21 business days if products produced in the US are shipped internationally*. 

When it comes to international shipping, those packages are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks from the ship date through DHL or USPS Priority International.

There are also other factors beyond our control that may extend the delivery window, including but not limited to:

  • Packages being handled by multiple carriers, when handed off to local carriers.
  • Local customs department processing time

Variations in Printing

Fabric and other specialty print listings:

Please note that due to variances among computer monitors and printers, colors in products may vary screen to screen and in print. Each creation is unique, so the patterns placement may a little different from one article to another.

Since printing is done onto mediums other than paper, variations may occur during printing. Variations that may occur within an order or from one order to another include:

  • Placement of your image on the product may vary piece to piece.
  • On pillows, variations within a few centimeters are acceptable in any direction including along seam allowances.

Sizing details

Please be sure of your size requirements before ordering any apparel items. It is always best to order a larger size if you're unsure.
